Guests will have exclusive and unfettered access to all areas of the apartment: the three suites, the guest bathroom, the living/dining room, the kitchen, and the laundry area. In the condominium, they will have access to the pool, barbecue area, and a parking space (one per apartment). A 24-hour security guard ensures security and access control.


We value our guests' privacy, so our interactions are designed to be as discreet as possible, yet always available when needed. Check-in and check-out are self-paced, with clear instructions sent in advance. However, I'm always available by phone or text for any questions, needs, or emergencies during your stay. My goal is to ensure you have a smooth and pleasant experience, with the necessary support, without invading your privacy.

The apartment is located in the Porto Belga Building. A high standard condominium, in the center of Porto de Galinhas. Very close to natural pools and the boardwalk.

Non-resident guests or non-guests are not permitted. Entry to the condominium must be authorized by the owner.

The property does not provide beach towels. The towels provided (one face towel and one bath towel for each paying guest) are for exclusive use in the property.

Loss, misplacement, or damage to any of the linens will result in the guest being charged a replacement fee.

After use, the barbecue grill will be cleaned.

Turn off the air conditioning when leaving the property.

No glass objects are permitted in the pool area.

No food or beverages of any kind are permitted while using the pool.

The hot tubs on the terrace are for residents only and are not permitted to vacation rental guests.

A copy of your official identification document is required for access to the condominium.
