The term “Entire Apartment” complies with these restrictions. That is: Entire apartment for up to 2 paying guests is an Apartment with one suite and other facilities, for 3 or 4 paying guests it is an Apartment with 2 suites and other facilities, for 5 or more paying guests it is an apartment with 3 suites and other facilities.

It is not allowed to receive visits from people not staying or not residing in the condominium. Entry into the condominium needs to be authorized by the owner.
The accommodation does not provide beach towels. The towels supplied (1 from rosto and 1 from banho for each paying hospital) are for exclusive use in accommodation.
In case of loss, misplacement, or damage to any item in the trousseau, the guest will be subject to payment of the corresponding value for the replacement of the item.
At the end of use, clean the barbecue.
Turn off the air conditioning when leaving the room.
No glassware is allowed in the pool area.
It is not allowed to consume food or drinks of any kind while using the pool.
The use of the hot tubs, on the terrace, is exclusive to residents, not being allowed to guests of seasonal rentals.
It is necessary to send a copy of the official identification document for procedures to release access to the condominium.
